Data Fiduciaries is a cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance consultancy based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. We build and assess security programs for growth-stage companies, law firms and legal departments, and established enterprises nationwide, and we lead the response when incidents occur.

Our name

Our name describes the duty of care organizations owe over the data entrusted to them, and the discipline of demonstrating that duty through evidence. Data Fiduciaries does not act as a fiduciary, trustee, or agent of any client or its data except as expressly agreed in writing.

Where we work

Data Fiduciaries is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas and serves clients across the United States. Most engagements are delivered remotely, with on-site work when the engagement requires it.

Leadership

Data Fiduciaries is led by practitioners who have carried executive responsibility for security and governance, risk, and compliance programs inside public companies and high-growth technology firms, including interim chief information security officer responsibility, certification programs reaching ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS, and cybersecurity due diligence in acquisitions. Engagement leadership is identified to clients during scoping, along with the credentials relevant to the work.
