A scoping conversation, then a nondisclosure agreement, then a written statement of work defining scope, deliverables, and timeline. Engagements are scoped individually.

Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Clients are served across the United States, with most work delivered remotely and on-site support when an engagement calls for it.
